Returns Policy
- Purchaser has 14 calendar days to return a product you purchased from Jambo Imports from the date you received it.
- Email JamboImports@gmail.com with your return request and reason for the return.
- Shipping costs for returns are buyer’s responsibility.
Items ineligible for return:
- Opened food products, including but not limited to: spices, sauces, chutneys, coffee, shea butter, etc
- Items with a $10 or less sales price
- Worn clothing items
- Items worn with use and no longer new
Shipping:
- Currently we use Priority Mail through the USPS.
- We know this isn’t the best option and are currently looking into flat-rate shipping. More on this soon!
